Serves: 1.5 cups
 
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ Cups of raw sesame seeds
  • ½ Cup olive oil
Instructions
  1. Toast the sesame seeds. Place the seeds into a dry skillet over medium heat. Allow to cook stirring constantly for about 5 minutes, or until they turn a slightly darker hue and become fragrant.
  2. Place the toasted seeds into a food processor with approximately ¼ cup of the oil.
  3. Puree on high for 5-10 minutes. While the seeds are blending add the rest of the oil as needed. You are looking for a smooth creamy consistency.
  4. Refrigerate in a tight container for up to three weeks.
  5. Add it to everything!!!
