Serves: 1-2 sheets

Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Raw Chia Seeds
  • ½ Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ Cup Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Flax Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Black Sesame Seeds
  • ¼ Cup White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and stir to incorporate. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the water to absorb.
  3. Check to see if there is water still pooled in the bottom of the bowl. If so let sit for a little longer.
  4. On a parchment paper lined baking sheet, spread out the mixture in a thin even layer. If you want thinner crackers use two baking sheet and divide the mixture between them. Score the spread mixture into squares to allow for easy breaking when they are cooked.
  5. Place into the oven for 1 hour. We check them periodically just to be safe especially if we made the crackers on the thinner side. (One time we accidently burned them slightly but they were still quite good!)
  6. Allow to cool and carefully break up the crackers
  7. Serve with your favorite hummus, salsa, or eat plain. They are terrific anyway especially when they are still slightly warm from the oven.
