Cook the pasta as per the package directions. Wash and prepare all of the fresh produce.
In a dry skillet over medium heat toast the hazelnuts until skin starts to turn dark brown and they become fragrant (about 4-5 minutes).
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss.
Serve with a splash of lemon juice and a little oil if desired. We also love to add a sprinkle of red pepper for a little zest but that is completely up to your discretion.
