Guava Citrus Mimosa

Ingredients
  • 10 Small Guavas
  • 1 Grapefruit (Peeled)
  • 2 Mandarin Oranges (Peeled)
  • 2 Blood Oranges (Peeled)
  • 1 Navel Orange (Peeled)
  • 1 Lemon (Peeled)
  • 1 Lime (Peeled)
  • 1 Bottle of Brut Champagne
Instructions
  1. Prepare all fresh fruit.
  2. Juice the fruit into a large container. We recommend alternating citrus and guava to allow the juice from the citrus to incorporate into the less juicy guava. This will produce more of a guava taste.
  3. If you do not have a juicer you can also use a food processor to blend all the ingredients together. Make sure to strain the mixture after you blend it. The guava seeds are very hard and probably wouldn’t be all that enjoyable to drink.
  4. You can serve this one of two ways. 1. Mix the juice and the champagne together before serving in a large pitcher. 2. Serve the juice mixture with glasses of champagne and pour as much or as little juice into each glass served.
