Pomegranate & Gooseberry Chia Jam

Ingredients
  • ¾ Cup Gooseberries
  • 1 Cup Pomegranate Arils
  • 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Agave Nectar (or to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Remove the gooseberries from their husks and wash thoroughly. Remove arils from the pomegranate.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until well combined.
  3. Pour into a jar and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the chia to gelatinize.
  4. Serve on toast, cookie filling or anything you desire.
