Frozen Vegan Mint Mudslide

- 3 oz. Kahlúa
- 1.5 oz. Crème De Menthe
- 2 Tbsp Vegan Dark Chocolate Chips (Melted)
- 3 Scoops Non-Dairy Ice Cream
- 1 Sprig Fresh Mint Leaves (Garnish)
- 5-6 Ice Cubes
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stove top over low heat.
- Place all of the ingredients excluding the mint leaves into a blender.
- Blend on high until puréed completely.
- Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with mint leaves and extra chocolate chips.
- Enjoy one or several!
