Vegan Pepita Parmesan

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Raw Pepitas (No Shell Pumpkin Seeds)
  • 3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
  1. Gather all of the ingredients and place them into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for about 1 minutes, or until a course powder is formed. There will still be some larger granules.
  3. Enjoy on all of your favorite dishes including pasta, soup, salads, and MORE!
