Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients
  • 1 large head of Cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsps Garbanzo bean flour
  • ½ Cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and put baking sheet into the oven to preheat as well.
  2. Wash and remove stem of cauliflower. Break or cut into smaller florets.
  3. Please raw florets into a food processor and pulse until they resemble top texture of rice.
  4. In a large bowl place your riced cauliflower and all ingredients. Mix until combined.
  5. On a sheet of parchment paper the size of your baking sheet, spread the mixture out evenly into a circle about 10-12 inches in diameter.
  6. Carefully slide the parchment paper onto the heated baking sheet and place into the oven.
  7. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. crust should brown nicely but avoid burning.
  8. Use for your favorite pizza ingredients.
