Vegan Mozzarella & Pear Grilled Cheese

- 4 Slices of Bread (Your Choice)
- 8 oz. Vegan Mozzarella (We Used Follow Your Heart Brand) (Sliced)
- 2 Fresh Pears (Sliced and Cored)
- 1 Small Bunch Fresh Sage
- 1 Tbsp Vegan Butter
- Melt ½ the butter on a griddle over medium heat.
- Once the butter has melted, place two slices of bread down on the griddle.
- Place cheese, sage and pear on the bread. Top the two sandwiches with the other slices of bread. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned to your liking.
- Flip each sandwich over and place the rest of the butter in the griddle.
- Cook for and additional 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
