Vegan Mozzarella & Pear Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  • 4 Slices of Bread (Your Choice)
  • 8 oz. Vegan Mozzarella (We Used Follow Your Heart Brand) (Sliced)
  • 2 Fresh Pears (Sliced and Cored)
  • 1 Small Bunch Fresh Sage
  • 1 Tbsp Vegan Butter
Instructions
  1. Melt ½ the butter on a griddle over medium heat.
  2. Once the butter has melted, place two slices of bread down on the griddle.
  3. Place cheese, sage and pear on the bread. Top the two sandwiches with the other slices of bread. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned to your liking.
  4. Flip each sandwich over and place the rest of the butter in the griddle.
  5. Cook for and additional 2-3 minutes until browned.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
