Dairy Free Dessert Pizza

Ingredients
  • Tortilla(s) (Gluten Free if Necessary)—You can make one small pizza or multiple pizzas based on the tortillas you use.
  • Almond Dessert Hummus—There will be leftovers, but its great just as a dip with fruit!
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries (Sliced)
  • Blackberries (Halved)
  • Raspberries (Halved)
  • Kiwi (Peeled and Sliced)
  • Mango (Peeled and Sliced)
  • --Or ANY of your own favorite fruit!
  • Coconut Oil
Instructions
  1. Make the dessert hummus. Place in the fridge and allow to chill. It can be made in advance, even up to a few days ahead.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Brush a very thin layer of coconut oil onto each side of the tortilla and place it onto a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  4. Spread the hummus over one side of the baked tortilla.
  5. Arrange the fruit onto the pizza.
  6. Cut into pieces and serve—Or eat it all by yourself!
  7. Enjoy!
