Dairy Free Dessert Pizza

- Tortilla(s) (Gluten Free if Necessary)—You can make one small pizza or multiple pizzas based on the tortillas you use.
- Almond Dessert Hummus—There will be leftovers, but its great just as a dip with fruit!
- Blueberries
- Strawberries (Sliced)
- Blackberries (Halved)
- Raspberries (Halved)
- Kiwi (Peeled and Sliced)
- Mango (Peeled and Sliced)
- --Or ANY of your own favorite fruit!
- Coconut Oil
- Make the dessert hummus. Place in the fridge and allow to chill. It can be made in advance, even up to a few days ahead.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Brush a very thin layer of coconut oil onto each side of the tortilla and place it onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Spread the hummus over one side of the baked tortilla.
- Arrange the fruit onto the pizza.
- Cut into pieces and serve—Or eat it all by yourself!
