Meanwhile, Drain and Rinse the beans, Drain the artichoke hearts, Roast the garlic and toast the pine nuts.
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees
Over medium heat, in a dry frying pan, add the fresh spinach. Cover and allow to wilt for 2 minutes. Stir and allow to cook until completely wilted, approx. 2 more minutes.
In a high-speed blender, add the beans, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, half of the toasted pine nuts and half of the artichokes. Blend on high until completely smooth.
Next add the wilted spinach, roasted garlic and ½ of the remaining artichokes. Pulse until well combined but not smooth.
Spread the mixture onto a pizza crust. Feel free to spread it on thick.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until it has started to brown.
Garnish with the remaining artichokes, remaining toasted pine nuts, fresh basil and pepper.
