Description

A creamy lemon-garlic tahini that melts in your mouth.  This vegan homemade Whipped Tahini recipe is sure to become a favorite!


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ Cup Tahini
  • 1 Lemon (Juiced)
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
  • 1 tsp Salt and Pepper (to Taste)
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper (Optional)
  • 3 tbsps water (+ more if needed)

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend for 4-5 minutes until it becomes light in color and smooth. If it looks dry add more water 1 tsp at a time.
  2. Serve as a garnish, condiment, a dip or as an ingredient in hummus.
  3. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2-3 weeks.
