Sweet and creamy with no processed sugars, this almond hummus is a quick and healthy dessert option. Serve it with fresh fruit for a guilt free snack and dessert.

- 1 15oz. Can Chickpeas (Drained and Rinsed)
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter
- 3 Dates (Pitted and Chopped)
- 2 tsp Almond Extract
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbsp Almond Milk
Instructions
- Drain and Rinse the chickpeas and chop the dates (this helps to avoid large chunks in the finished hummus).
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Chill and garnish with slivered almonds, if desired.
- Serve with fresh cut fruit, cookies, or even chocolate. Anything goes! Enjoy!
- Leftover hummus can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
