This colorful blood orange sunrise mimosa cocktail is made with just 4 ingredients. It’s simply stunning and tastes absolutely heavenly!
Ingredients

- Brut Champagne or Sparkling Wine
- 1–2 Blood Oranges (Juiced)
- 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 tsp Agave Syrup
Instructions
- Juice the blood oranges into a bowl.
- Strain out the pulp if desired. Mix the agave syrup into the blood orange juice.
- Slowly pour the mixture into the bottom of champagne flutes.
- Next pour the orange juice into the glass. Slowly pour the juice over a spoon and allow it to trickle into the glass. This will allow to orange juice to sit on top of the blood orange juice mixture.
- Using the same method, pour the champagne into the glass. First slowly pouring it over a spoon, creating a layer on top, filling the glass.
- Garnish with a blood orange slice. Enjoy!
