Description
An easy vegan sour cream made from tofu. It tastes just like the real thing and can be made in under 5 minutes with only 4 ingredients. Never buy store-bought dairy free sour cream again!
Ingredients

- 1 15 oz Package Silken or Soft Tofu
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blend on high until sour cream is very smooth, approx. 3-5 minutes.
- Chill if needed and serve. Enjoy!
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.
