Learn to make your own delicious roasted garlic at home. It’s easy to prepare, versatile, and absolutely mouth-watering!

- 1 head of garlic
- 1 ½ T. olive oil
- Salt & Pepper, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the top off the garlic, exposing the cloves. Half wrap in a sheet of tin foil.
- Drizzle with the olive oil.
- Continue to use the tin foil to wrap it tightly, like a bundle.
- Place on a baking pan and put into the preheated oven.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then remove and allow to cool.
- Open the tinfoil carefully, and remove the roasted cloves with a fork.
- The garlic may be used immediately or put into an air-tight container and refrigerated for future use up to a week.
