Learn to make your own delicious roasted garlic at home. It’s easy to prepare, versatile, and absolutely mouth-watering!


  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 ½ T. olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper, optional



  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the top off the garlic, exposing the cloves. Half wrap in a sheet of tin foil.
  3. Drizzle with the olive oil.
  4. Continue to use the tin foil to wrap it tightly, like a bundle.
  5. Place on a baking pan and put into the preheated oven.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, then remove and allow to cool.
  7. Open the tinfoil carefully, and remove the roasted cloves with a fork.
  8. The garlic may be used immediately or put into an air-tight container and refrigerated for future use up to a week.
