It’s so easy to make your own dairy-free ricotta cheese at home. This vegan “cheese” only requires 6 ingredients and 5 minutes to make. It’s creamy, smooth, and absolutely satisfying!



1 15 oz Brick Extra Firm Tofu (Drained and Pressed)
2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Miso Paste(Optional)


  1. Drain and press the excess liquid out of the tofu.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
  3. Turn on low until the ricotta is the desired consistency.
  4. Remove and chill until ready to use.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
