Description

A quick and easy dairy free snack that can be made with 4 ingredients or less. These vegan smoky cucumber bites are flavorful and healthy!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Tbsp Raw Sesame Seeds
  • 1 English Cucumber (Sliced into 1/4 inch Thick Circles)
  • 1/4 Cup Vegan Cream Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Pour the sesame seeds into a dry frying pan. Place over medium high heat and stir continuously until the seeds are golden brown. Remove from heat and transfer to a  bowl, set aside. 
  2. Arrange the cucumber circles on a platter. Top with a small amount of vegan cream cheese. 
  3. Next sprinkle the smoked paprika and sesame seeds on top of the sliced cucumber. 
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a short time before serving. Enjoy!
  5. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an air tight container for up to a day.
