Description

An easy homemade vegan sauce featuring cilantro and lime. Put this spicy jalapeño sauce on tacos, nachos, raw vegetables, and more!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 Fresh Jalapeños (Stems removed and halved)
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (Peeled)
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro (Stems removed, Gently packed)
  • ½ cup Vegan Sour Cream
  • ½ Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Juice from 1 lime (Approx. 1 Tbsp)
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  • Wash all fresh ingredients and prepare as directed above. 
  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and purée for about 1-2 minutes or until ingredients are well combined and there are no visible chunks. 
  • Serve as a condiment, a sauce or a dip and enjoy! 
  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
