An easy homemade vegan sauce featuring cilantro and lime. Put this spicy jalapeño sauce on tacos, nachos, raw vegetables, and more!
Ingredients
- 5 Fresh Jalapeños (Stems removed and halved)
- 4 Cloves Garlic (Peeled)
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro (Stems removed, Gently packed)
- ½ cup Vegan Sour Cream
- ½ Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Juice from 1 lime (Approx. 1 Tbsp)
- ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
- Wash all fresh ingredients and prepare as directed above.
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and purée for about 1-2 minutes or until ingredients are well combined and there are no visible chunks.
- Serve as a condiment, a sauce or a dip and enjoy!
- Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
