Description

A rich chocolatey chia seed pudding that’s exploding with flavor. This vegan chocolate chai pudding is the perfect combo of sweet and spicy!


Ingredients

Pudding Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Chai Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cacao or Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Plant-Based Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Optional Toppings: 

  • 2 Tbsp Pomegranate Arils
  • 1 tsp Chocolate Shaving (Optional Topping)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds, chai powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate plant-based milk. Stir well to combine. 
  2. Next, add the maple syrup and stir. 
  3. Quickly spoon the mixture between two serving bowls and place them in the refrigerator overnight or until firm, approximately 2 hours.  
  4. Top with pomegranate arils and chocolate shavings, if desired, and serve.
