A rich chocolatey chia seed pudding that’s exploding with flavor. This vegan chocolate chai pudding is the perfect combo of sweet and spicy!

Pudding Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Chai Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cacao or Cocoa Powder
- 1 Cup Chocolate Plant-Based Milk
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Optional Toppings:
- 2 Tbsp Pomegranate Arils
- 1 tsp Chocolate Shaving (Optional Topping)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds, chai powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate plant-based milk. Stir well to combine.
- Next, add the maple syrup and stir.
- Quickly spoon the mixture between two serving bowls and place them in the refrigerator overnight or until firm, approximately 2 hours.
- Top with pomegranate arils and chocolate shavings, if desired, and serve.
