Description
A 5-ingredient vegan recipe that is creamy, healthy, and has a kick. This low-carb wasabi whipped cauliflower will be the star of any plate.
Ingredients

- 2 medium or 1 Large Cauliflower (Cut into Florets)
- 3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds (Toasted)
- 1/2 Cup Non Dairy Milk
- 1 Tbsp Wasabi Paste
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Put a large pot of water on the stove to boil.
- Cut the cauliflower into medium sized florets.
- In a dry frying pan over medium heat, toast the sesame seeds until golden brown.
- Once the water is boiling, boil the cauliflower florets until they are tender enough to pierce with a fork.
- Drain the florets and add them to a high speed blender along with the non-dairy milk and salt. Blend until very smooth.
- In a small bowl, mix the wasabi paste with 2 Tbsp of non-dairy milk.
- Spoon the blended cauliflower into a serving bowl and swirl the wasabi mixture throughout. Top with the toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately. Enjoy!
- Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
