Do you love to drink a hot toddy when the weather begins to cool? If so, you are going to LOVE this Rosemary Maple John Collins. It is the cold cousin to the hot toddy. Now you get all the great flavors of a toddy even when it’s balmy outside!
One is usually more familiar with a Tom Collins, which is made with gin. A John Collins is made with bourbon whiskey and it tends to be much more obscure.
But the thing I love most about this drink is the combo of the rosemary and maple. It tastes like fall. Even when the weather is warm, you can get a jumpstart on the flavors of fall with this cool drink.
And it only takes 5 ingredients! Chances are, you may have them in your house right now. Well maybe not everyone, but if you like to cook as much as we do, you probably will!
It consists of:
