A Boozy Floral Lemonade
This tasty adult Lavender Lemonade is a simple, yet refreshing combination of lemonade, lavender syrup, vodka, and champagne (or sparkling wine). Sipping this delightful cold beverage on a warm day is the best way to relax and unwind!

What is a Royale Cocktail?
The most famous royale cocktail is the kir royale which is a combination of creme de cassis topped with bubbly. However, any cocktail can ultimately receive the Royal treatment by being topped with champagne or sparkling wine.
This version combines sweet and sour lemonade with effervescent champagne for a fragrant and beautiful drink that’s oh-so-refreshing.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Vodka – An amazing mixed drink base but it’s hardly noticeable in this cocktail.
- Lemonade – A splash of lemonade is essential to this drink. A smooth and bright addition.
- Lavender Syrup – Floral and sweet, what can be better. Lavender syrup, if you don’t know, is a must in your home bar.
- Champagne – Dry and bubbly. Top this concoction with a splash of fizz and this drink is brought to another level.
FAQ & Lavender Lemonade Royale Cocktail Tips:
-
Can I make my own lavender simple syrup for this recipe instead?
- Absolutely. If you have the time, making a lavender simple syrup yourself will make this cocktail extra special. However, sometimes it’s nice to have a no fuss cocktail that comes together in minutes.
-
What type of champagne or sparkling wine should I use for this beverage
- We recommend using a dry variety like a brut or prosecco for this cocktail. It will be a nice compliment to the sweet lavender syrup.
-
What lemonade is best for this royale cocktail?
- We prefer to use a low sugar lemonade for this drink due to the sugar already included in the lavender syrup. However, if you like extra sweet cocktails, you might prefer a traditional lemonade instead.
-
Make it Extra Fancy
- Want to make this drink really stand out? Add a sprinkle of dried lavender flowers to the top of your cocktail or even a sugar rim mixed with some crushed flowers. However, another option is to go basic and just add a lemon peel or wedge to your glass.
