Wasabi Tofu

Wasabi Tofu

One of the best and worst things about tofu is that it doesn’t have much taste. It’s the worst because it can be bland. This is also the best because you can transform it into an incredibly flavorful addition to dishes with just a few easy steps.

This recipe turns an ordinary brick of tofu into a slightly spicy and incredibly savory protein. I guarantee this tofu will become the spotlight of any dish you add it to or just eat it plain with a simple salad.  If you love spicy things, you will love this wasabi tofu.
