Strawberry Spinach Salad

Strawberry Spinach Salad

There is nothing better than enjoying a fresh green salad on a warm day. Throw in some delicious ripe strawberries with a tangy yet sweet dressing for a irresistible combination.  I vividly remember asking my mother to make this on hot summer evenings while growing up.  I love to bring this salad to potlucks and other events for sharing because it is always a crowd pleaser.  When we have it at home, we serve it alongside something fresh from the grill.  Whatever you decide to serve with this salad, the salad will be the hit.  And don’t be surprised if others are asking for the recipe, like I did.  Thanks Mom!
