- 1 Prepared pie crust(or make your own)
- 5-6 Eggs
- 1 ½ cups Caramelized onions
- 1 cup Blue cheese
- 1 Bunch fresh thyme
- 1 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add your caramelized onions to the bottom of your prepared pie crust.
- Separate thyme leaves from stems and add to the top of the caramelized onion along with the blue cheese. Reserve some of the thyme for garnish.
- In a bowl crack eggs and add milk. With a whisk or a fork, beat vigorously for a minute to combine. Pour into pie crust over the top of your ingredients.
- Place quiche in oven for 30-35 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
- Garnish with the reserved thyme leaves.
