A perfect dish for  Sunday. The deep flavors of the caramelized onions and the creamy texture of the blue cheese will have your taste buds jumping for joy. The smell of the thyme that fills the apartment as this quiche cooks is a can’t miss.

Ingredients
  • 1 Prepared pie crust(or make your own)
  • 5-6 Eggs
  • 1 ½ cups Caramelized onions
  • 1 cup Blue cheese
  • 1 Bunch fresh thyme
  • 1 cup milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add your caramelized onions to the bottom of your prepared pie crust.
  3. Separate thyme leaves from stems and add to the top of the caramelized onion along with the blue cheese. Reserve some of the thyme for garnish.
  4. In a bowl crack eggs and add milk. With a whisk or a fork, beat vigorously for a minute to combine. Pour into pie crust over the top of your ingredients.
  5. Place quiche in oven for 30-35 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  6. Garnish with the reserved thyme leaves.
