Another quick homemade recipe for something you probably always buy in a store. This recipe might not be the healthiest pie crust out there but at least you know what’s in it. You can use it with your favorite quiche or for a savory pie. I remember as a child watching my Grandmother make this recipe, her steady yet quick hands forming the dough in the pan. Even though I have made this recipe multiple times. This crust will never taste as good as it did when my grandmother made it for us.
- 1 ½ Cup Flour (Gluten Free if Needed)
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Milk (Nut Milk Works Great Too!)
- ½ Cup Vegetable Oil
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- First add all dry ingredients to the dry pie pan.
- Add wet ingredients to flour mixture in the pie pan.
- Using a fork or your hands mix until well combined.
- When dough is thoroughly combined press evenly into the pie pan.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
