Only Basic Ingredients Needed
Cinco de Mayo is quickly approaching and even though it is basically an American holiday, we always use it as an excuse to make our all-time favorite south of the border recipes. This Mango Sriracha Salsa is definitely one of our favorite salsas that we can quickly and easily whip up at home. Here is what you will need…
- Mango
- Red Bell Pepper
- Avocado
- Red Onion
- Cilantro
- Sriracha (or the hot sauce of your own choosing)
- Jalapeño (optional)
- Lime
A Fresh and Fiery Salsa
First and foremost, this salsa is not your typical jarred tomato salsa. It’s FRESH! It really could be called Pico de Gallo but we just love how mango sriracha salsa just rolls off your tongue. Pico de Gallo just doesn’t have the right sound, so SALSA it is!
We absolutely love anything spicy. We actually have a whole shelf in our refrigerator just for hot sauce and we pretty much add a little bit of spice to almost everything we make.
However, no matter what the hot sauce of the moment is, Sriracha is always a classic. It really never goes out of style and for this salsa it is just the right amount of sweet and spicy.
But just remember, you can always customize the amount of hot sauce to your own taste and preference. Feel free to be heavy handed if you crave an extra kick like we typically do, or just add a dash. Either way, I’m guessing you are going to go crazy for this fresh mango salsa.
The Best Mango Sriracha Salsa Recipe!

- 3 Mangos (Peeled and Diced)
- 1 Large Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
- 1 Small Red Onion (Peeled and Diced)
- 1 Jalapeño (Seeds Removed and Diced)
- 1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
- 1 Avocado Peeled and Diced)
- 2 TbspSriracha
- 1 Lime (Juiced)
- Wash and prepare all the fresh vegetables as directed above.
- Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl and stir to combine.
- Serve with chips or dipping or on your favorite taco!
