Easy to Make

The liquid aminos, liquid smoke, garlic powder, and smoked paprika give your carrots a deep robust smoky flavor that imitates the salty and savory flavor of bacon. Simply ribbon the carrots and brush them with the marinade prior to baking.

While the carrots bake, the dates are pitted and stuffed with pecans for an elegant crunch. However, the pecans can also be replaced with almonds or another nut of your choosing.

Finally, the stuffed dates are wrapped with the carrot bacon and baked in the oven for 10 minutes to warm your dates. These Vegan Bacon Wrapped Dates literally melt in your mouth. Yum, yum, and YUM! Happy holidays to you and yours!
