What You Will Need:

Tofu – Silken tofu works best for this rich and creamy dressing. If you want to add small chunks into your dressing to mimic real blue cheese dressing, you can also add crumbles of extra firm tofu but it isn’t necessary.
Garlic – The clove of garlic provides needed zip and depth of flavor to your cheese.
Apple Cider Vinegar – This is the key ingredient in your dressing that simulates the tanginess of the fermented blue cheese.
Miso Paste – Miso brings rich umami flavor and enhances the savory taste of this dressing. It also provides necessary salt with the added bonus of a more intense flavor profile.
Nutritional Yeast – This is the key ingredient to make your “cheese” actually taste cheesy. Mmmmm…
Onion Powder – This addition brings a distinct pungent flavor along with a little sweetness.
Dill Weed – This herb adds brightness and a fresh aroma to your dressing. Additionally, it also mimics the color of mold which is found in real blue cheese. Yep, you may even be able to fool someone!
